Customer Assistants:  perform as team members; there are no specifically
assigned duties.  Everyone shares responsibility for store operations, which
includes most notably helping customers, cash handling, food preparation,
and thorough clean-up of entire store on a daily basis, among other things.

Preference will be give to those who have open/flexible availability, work
experience, cash and/or food handling experience, and cake decorating
skills.   Individuals interested in the supervisor position should include
specific detail regarding management experience and verifiable employment
references.

Starting pay rate is based upon skill level, experience and scheduling
availability.   Employees may be promoted to positions of greater pay and
responsibility based upon exceptional performance and reliability within the
initial weeks.
